Order Processing Time

Processing Duration
  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery: 7–14 business days
  • Bulk/wholesale orders: Time will be shared individually

Cleaning & polishing
Packaging
Certification verification (IGI/GIA)

If there is any delay, our team will notify you immediately.


Shipping Across India

Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • COD charges (optional, if you offer COD): ₹ per order

All shipments are fully insured until they reach you.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or similar.

Delivery Time
  • 7–15 business days depending on the country
  • Customs clearance may extend delivery time
Shipping Charges
  • Calculated at checkout depending on country & weight
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Local customs, duties, VAT, or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Novée is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

Tracking will be sent via:

You can track your shipment anytime until it is delivered.


Packaging & Security

Every Novée order is packed in:

  • Eco-conscious outer packaging
  • Secured with double-layer protection

Your jewellery is insured during transit, and will only be handed over upon signature (for selected shipments).


Damaged, Lost, or Opened Packages

Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

  1. Do NOT accept the parcel
  2. Take photos/videos
  3. Contact us immediately

We will arrange a replacement or investigate with the courier.

Lost Shipment

If your order gets lost during transit, we will:

  • File a claim
  • Offer a full replacement at no charge
  • Or provide a refund (depending on your preference)
