RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unworn jewellery within 3 days, with all original packaging and certificates.

Are custom-made products returnable?

No. Custom, personalized, engraved, or special-sized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI (if enabled), and international payments through secure gateways.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is optional and can be enabled for selected pin codes.
