By accessing our platform or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while making purchases, creating accounts, or interacting with any service offered by Novée. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if incorrect information is provided or if any activity is found to be unlawful, suspicious, or in violation of our policies.
All products displayed on the website are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and variations in screen displays, minor differences in appearance, weight, or detailing may occur. Prices listed online may change at any time due to fluctuations in gold rates, diamond market conditions, or promotional updates, without prior notice. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing, verification, and availability checks.
Payments made through our website are processed securely through certified payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card details. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with our payment guidelines, including paying all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or unavoidable events. Once dispatched, the shipment is the responsibility of the courier partner, although Novée will always assist in resolving issues.
Our Return & Refund Policy governs how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original components including invoice, certificates, tags, and packaging. Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or specially manufactured jewellery cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins. Refunds are processed only after the item undergoes a quality inspection by our internal team.
Cancellation requests may be accepted if submitted before order processing or dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Custom and personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once production has started.
Our Buyback and Exchange policies apply exclusively to jewellery purchased from Novée and require the original invoice and certificates. Buyback or exchange eligibility depends on product condition and passing quality checks. Making charges, customization fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
All content on the Novée website—including logos, images, product designs, text, graphics, and layouts—is the intellectual property of Novée or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, introduce viruses, attempt unauthorized access, or use any automated systems to extract data. Any fraudulent or unlawful activity may lead to legal action and immediate suspension of services.
Novée is not liable for indirect damages arising from website use, courier delays, customs issues, third-party errors, or misuse of products after purchase. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the order in question.
Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. We ensure secure handling of your personal information and do not sell or misuse customer data.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
