At Novée, we understand that plans can change.

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation Window

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 6–24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

After a certain stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

After Dispatch or Shipping

If your order has been packed, shipped, or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

You may still return the product under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Custom / Personalized Orders

Orders made specifically for you cannot be cancelled, including:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Personalized name/initial jewellery
  • Special sizes or modifications
  • Engraved products
  • Special order diamonds/jewellery

Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

Sale or Discounted Orders

If applicable, certain promotional orders may not be cancellable.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

If eligible for cancellation, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refund Method
  • Prepaid orders → refunded to your original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment is not completed
  • There is a verification issue
  • The product becomes unavailable
  • The order is flagged for security reasons

A full refund will be issued in such cases.


Important Notes

Refunds are issued only after successful cancellation confirmation.
Once cancelled, an order cannot be reinstated; you must place a new order.
If a COD order is refused upon delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.
For custom products, cancellation is not possible after production starts (usually within 12–24 hours)
