If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Refund Policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must meet the following conditions:

Product must be unused & unworn

Jewellery showing scratches, signs of wear, or damage cannot be accepted.

Return must be initiated within 3 days
Original items must be returned
  • Branded packaging box
  • Invoice
  • IGI/GIA certificates
  • Hallmark tags and pouches

If certificates are missing, a deduction may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns due to customization or hygiene reasons:

Custom-made or personalized jewellery

(Name pendants, special sizes, or unique designs)

Engraved jewellery

Once engraving is done, it cannot be returned.

Used or tampered jewellery

If the item is worn, scratched, altered, or damaged.

Final sale / discounted items

These are usually not eligible unless defective.information when you make a purchase.


Return Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Email or WhatsApp your order ID and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Approval

Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: Pickup Arranged

We will arrange pickup (within India).
International customers may have to ship the item back.

Step 4: Quality Inspection

Once received, our QC team checks:

  • Diamond condition
  • Gold purity
  • Weight verification
  • Original certification

QC duration: 2–4 business days

Only after passing inspection is the return accepted.


Refund Policy

If the item passes QC, refund will be processed.

Refund Method
  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • International refunds → refunded minus shipping/custom fees
Refund Processing Time
  • India: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days
If QC fails

If product is damaged, used, altered, or mismatched → Return will be rejected and the jewellery will be sent back.


Exchange Policy

You may exchange your jewellery for:

  • Wrong size
  • Different design
  • Upgrading to a premium product
Key Points:
  • Exchange period: 7–15 days
  • Exchange shipping is FREE (India)
  • Price difference must be paid if the new product is more expensive
  • Refund of difference can be given as store credit if new product is cheaper

Return Shipping Charges

Within India:

Customer pays return shipping.

International:

Customer pays return shipping + customs duties.

These charges are non-refundable.


Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Incorrect product
  • Missing diamond or packaging

You must inform us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos.

We will provide:
Free replacement or Full refund


Additional Important Notes

Refunds are issued only after QC approval.
Missing diamond certificates may result in deduction of ₹2,000–₹5,000.
Jewellery altered by any external jeweller is not returnable.
Store credit (if given) is valid for 6–12 months.
