Eligibility for Buyback
Buyback is applicable for:
Certified Novée diamond jewellery
Original invoice available
Jewellery in good condition
Diamond certificate (IGI/GIA) and hallmark must be returned
If any certificate is missing, a deduction may apply.
Buyback Value Breakdown
We offer the following buyback values:
Diamond Value (CVD Diamonds)
- 80% of the prevailing market value of CVD diamonds
(You can adjust these percentages based on your business strategy.)
Gold Value
- 100% of the current market rate (22K/18K based on purity)
- Value calculated based on net metal weight
Making Charges
- Making charges are not refundable
Taxes
- Taxes paid at purchase are non-refundable
Conditions for Buyback
Your jewellery must:
Be in good condition (normal wear allowed)
Pass quality inspection
Not show signs of major damage, breakage, or alteration
Include original certificates (diamond + hallmark)
Match the item purchased (verified via invoice & QC)
If the item fails QC due to damage, burn marks, missing stones, etc., buyback value may reduce or may not be accepted.
Buyback Process
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email or call with your Order ID and buyback request.
Step 2 — Evaluation
Our team will:
- Inspect the item
- Verify weight, diamonds, and certificate
- Share buyback value
Step 3 — Transfer
Once approved, we will initiate:
Bank Transfer (Indian customers)
NEFT/IMPS/RTGS within 2–3 business days
For international customers, buyback varies depending on import/export rules.
Physical Inspection Guidelines
For Indian customers, you can:
- Visit our office
or - Ship the product through secure courier (we guide you step-by-step)
For international customers:
Contact us for assistance evaluation and charges differ per region.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to change buyback percentages based on market conditions.
The jewellery must pass QC to qualify.
Incomplete documents/certificates will reduce buyback value.
Buyback is only valid for jewellery purchased from Novée directly (not resellers).
