Shipping Policy

Unsaid Paris partners with trusted couriers including DHL, FedEx, Ferrari, and Brinks to guarantee the secure delivery of your order. We provide complimentary shipping on all purchases.

Each shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note, insurance coverage concludes once the package is signed for.

In-stock jewelry will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. If the piece is not readily available, our master artisans will begin crafting it with care, and your order will be shipped directly from our atelier within 25 business days.

Return Policy

You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value. To begin the process, please reach out to us at hello@unsaid.com.

Refunds:

Refunds are available only to the original purchaser and will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. To request a refund, contact us at hello@unsaid.com.

Return Conditions:

Returned pieces must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the original packaging and all included materials—such as boxes, booklets, tags, and protective elements—along with the purchase receipt.

Please note: Customized or engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
